START OF OPERATION
Our excursion begins at 7:00 am
Upon arrival at our departure port, we will check you in, and while you wait, you can have a light breakfast.
If you prefer to have breakfast at your accommodation, we recommend doing so in moderation, as too much food can be uncomfortable during the voyage.

GROUP
We will then organize the group into pairs, with a maximum of 10 members per vessel. Once on board, our team will warmly welcome you and provide you with the necessary and mandatory equipment.
While our captain begins the voyage and receives a weather briefing, the sailor will provide detailed instructions and explain the rules, emphasizing the mandatory use of life jackets.

TOUR DURATION
The duration of the tour will largely depend on the sightings made the previous day, as this excursion is based on observing a species whose location is not fixed. However, we have the support of small planes that fly over the area early in the morning to facilitate location.
Once the coordinates have been established, the trip will sail directly to the designated location, with an estimated duration that can vary between 1 hour and 30 minutes and 2 hours.

SWIMMING RULES AND ACTIVITIES
The rules are simple: the sailor will organize the pairs so they are ready to dive and swim with this majestic species. It is essential to remember that touching the shark is prohibited, as this could make it uncomfortable and scare it away, harming not only the group but also all the boats that take turns professionally for this activity. This process will be repeated twice per pair or until the swimming experience is complete.

INCLUSIONS
At the end, we’ll say goodbye to the sharks and return to Isla Mujeres to enjoy a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes at Playa Norte. However, it’s important to note that the possibility of snorkeling in Ixla-Ché National Reef Park depends on the sighting location and the whale shark swim experience. This activity is optional and will only be offered if conditions permit and all participants agree. Please note that only one option will be allowed: Playa Norte or snorkeling.
For both options, our team will prepare a delicious fresh ceviche, accompanied by guacamole, tortilla chips, sandwiches, and seasonal fruits. The tour includes complimentary beverages, such as bottled water and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be additional and subject to the captain’s approval, as they may only be consumed after the first swim with sharks.

END OF TOUR
At the end, we will return to the starting point. Those who have requested transportation from their hotel will be escorted to their vehicles, while those arriving on their own will be guided to the parking lot. It’s important to remember that if the activity ends at Playa Norte on Isla Mujeres, you will be able to disembark and return to Cancún on your own.
