ISLA CONTOY AND MUJERES TOUR ITINERARY

SCHEDULE AND MEETING
All participants must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time. This time is essential for:

Settlement of the remaining balance and payment of dock taxes.
Accounting for the number of people on board.
Providing a briefing on safety and navigation rules.
Handing out bracelets for the national marine parks.
Clarifying any questions before boarding.

MEETING POINT
Assigned marina: Punta Sam, Fiscal Dock
With transportation included: Our team will handle logistics and transfers.
Without transportation: The exact address of the meeting point will be communicated in advance so you can arrive on your own.

Our operational headquarters are located on the mainland of Isla Mujeres, right at the Punta Sam fiscal pier.

ITINERARY AND DESTINATIONS
Once departing from the marina:

1. The activity will begin with a tour of the bay of the mainland and Isla Blanca en route to the first activity (which can be a snorkeling activity or a direct visit to the island), with a sailing time of approximately 1 hour.
2. At the end, depending on the activity, the cruise will continue to Isla Mujeres to anchor at Playa Norte or a direct visit to the center of the island. This tour will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
3. You will have time to explore the center of Isla Mujeres, a total of approximately 1 hour, allowing you to make the most of your time.
4. The crew and/or guides will inform you about the activities and schedules at all times.

Arrive early at the meeting point
Use biodegradable sunscreen (not spray-on)
Bring comfortable clothing, cash, and a cell phone charger
Avoid bringing jewelry, expensive sunglasses, or valuable watches

RETURN
The return trip departs from Playa Norte approximately 45 minutes before the end of the tour to ensure timely arrival at the departure marina.

PRIVATE TOUR
This service includes food, snacks, and activities, plus the privacy of a personalized, assisted tour. (Round-trip transportation not included outside of Playa Mujeres, Cancun, and the Hotel Zone) + 350 MXN per person (Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, and Tulum)

If you’re planning an aerial photoshoot, please note that other people may appear in the video. However, this will depend on the package you purchase. The focus will be exclusively on the group or individuals (the video will be available 24 hours after editing and will be shared via a Drive link).
