SCHEDULE AND MEETING
All guests must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
This time is essential for:

Settlement of the remaining balance and payment of dock taxes.
Tallying the number of people on board.
Providing a briefing on safety and navigation rules.
Clarifying any questions before boarding.

MEETING POINT
Assigned marina: Mar Azul
With transportation included: Our team will handle logistics and transfers.
Without transportation: The exact address of the meeting point will be communicated in advance so you can arrive on your own.

Our operating location is located on the mainland of Isla Mujeres.

ITINERARY AND DESTINATIONS
Once you depart from the marina:

1. The activity will begin with a tour of Cancun Bay heading to the first activity (Snorkeling at El Meco Reef), lasting approximately 1 hour.
2. At the end of the activity, the cruise will continue to Isla Mujeres to anchor at North Beach. This tour will last approximately 1 hour.
3. Afterwards, you will head to the beach club, where you will enjoy a buffet-style meal and a 1-hour open bar.
4. You will have time to explore downtown Isla Mujeres, a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing you to enjoy as much time as possible.
5. The crew and/or guides will instruct you on the activities and times.

Swim and relax on the white sands of North Beach.
Panoramic tour of Cancun Bay and Isla Mujeres.
Free time at Playa Norte (ideal for swimming and sunbathing)
Visit to downtown Isla Mujeres (limited time)

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
Arrive early at the meeting point
Use biodegradable sunscreen (not spray)
Bring comfortable clothing, cash, and a cell phone charger
Avoid bringing jewelry, expensive sunglasses, or valuable watches

RETURN
The return trip departs from Playa Norte approximately 1 hour before the end of the tour to ensure timely arrival at the departure marina.

PRIVATE TOUR
This service has the same inclusions, including food, a national open bar, and activities. However, there are two types of food options. If your guests wish to spend more time on board, the following food items are included without having to disembark: ceviche, hamburgers, hot dogs, tortilla chips, guacamole, and spaghetti, along with a national open bar.
If they prefer the tour with access to the beach club, the aforementioned food items will not be offered on board. On Isla Mujeres, they can access the beach club. The national open bar is included with any option.

EXTRAS (Optional)
If you’d like an aerial photo shoot, please note that other people may appear in the video. However, the focus will be exclusively on the group or individuals. (The video will be available 24 hours after editing and will be shared via a Drive link.)
